Successful with Invoice Processing Solutions for German Machinery Producers

Even ‘BHS-Sonthofen GmbH’ have now made a decision in favor of an FIS/edc® implementation, the release workflow by FIS GmbH
With ‘BHS-Sonthofen GmbH’, a Bavarian machinery and plant producer of international standing, a third renowned industry figure has decided to automate its incoming invoice processing with an overall solution by ‘FIS GmbH’. In the near future, the FIS/edc® invoice release workflow and the recognition solution ‘FrontCollect Invoice’ by ‘Formcraft GmbH’ will be installed at the ‘BHS’ headquarters in Sonthofen. Recently, the Swabian traditional companies ‘Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH’, provider of overall system solutions for dish washers and cleaners, and ‘TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH + Co. KG’ from Ditzingen had made decisions in favor of this combination.
‘BHS-Sonthofen GmbH’ currently receive approximately 17,000 invoices per year - with an upward tendency. In the future, these invoices are to be made available electronically for all persons authorized within the enterprise by means of the invoice release workflow. With automatic incoming invoice processing, ‘BHS-Sonthofen’ expect more transparency in invoice processing as well as savings in labor costs as personnel engaged in invoice input so far can now be employed more reasonably. Furthermore, costs are to be reduced due to archiving space no longer required.
