Change Management with FIS/oss®
Our Support Center provides any support requested via phone, Internet or e-mail; you can also ask for support by creating the support request directly in FIS/oss®- our innovative and web-enabled Online Support System. The FIS/oss® Online Support System (developed by FIS according to ITIL) is used as Ticket and Change Management System. By using FIS/oss, you can easily enter messages such as queries, problems and information messages, pass them on to the person responsible and have them processed immediately.
