SAP and the ELStAM Procedure – Information by FIS at the HCM Experts Forum

10/22/2019
The sought-after information event for HR departments focusing on SAP HCM takes place in Schweinfurt on December 19.

Traditionally, there is a strong demand for the HCM Experts Forum taking place at the Schweinfurt Maininsel Conference Center. In 2019, FIS will again inform HR departments on what to be aware of after the turn of the year. This time, for instance, the focus is on the entry of taxpayers with restricted tax liability (ELStAM procedure) and the A1 Electronic Application and Certification procedure.

Employment tax and social insurance are subject to permanent changes. It is indispensable for those employed in the HR and payroll departments to get informed on statutory changes and always stay up to date with jurisdiction and legislation.

At the end of the year, SAP will publish details as to how the SAP HCM rule set/payroll schema will change and be made ready for subsidization. At the HCM Experts Forum, FIS will summarize the new developments and present them in compact form.

In the area of social insurance, FIS will inform about the introduction of a third gender and the related implementation in registration procedures. The “Law amending the specifications to be entered in the natal register” that became effective on January 01, 2019, enables the following specifications: “male”, “female” and “diverse” or no specification at all. Starting on January 01, 2020, authorities will extend many registration procedures in order to take this specification into account.

Apart from an outlook on SAP HCM and the integration in SAP S/4HANA after 2025, the HR professionals explain other interesting topics, such as new flat-rate possibilities for job tickets, the new data record version 10 concerning wage compensations and the paying office procedure.

Location: Schweinfurt Maininsel Conference Center, Maininsel 10-12, 97424 Schweinfurt

Participation fee: EUR 365 per person plus statutory VAT.
