ISO 9001 Certification
BSI Group Deutschland GmbH carries out regular audits to verify the compliance with ISO conditions. The first ISO 9001 certification of FIS took place in 1995. The most recent audit was in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and confirms that FIS uses an advanced management system in compliance with quality management standards.

Warehouse Logistics: System validation
System validation by the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) is an important seal of quality for providers of warehouse management systems. FIS has received this validation again for SAP EWM and for the first time for SAP TM.
SAP Certified – Partner Center of Expertise
SAP support partners must meet SAP’s current standards for a Partner Center of Expertise. For this certification, FIS undergoes regular audits in the areas of people, processes and infrastructure. SAP certifies that FIS meets high quality standards for all services offered and for the entire service and support organization.

SAP Pinnacle Awards
The SAP Pinnacle Awards are presented annually as recognition of outstanding SAP partners who are particularly innovative, powerful, and reliable. FIS is awarded as an independent software provider (ISV Partner of the Year) with a focus on software development that has helped SAP expand the market the most.
TISAX-Assessments
By means of TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange), ENX Association supports the shared acceptance of information security assessments in the automotive industry on behalf of the VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie = Automotive Industry Association). TISAX assessments are executed by audit providers proving their qualification in regular intervals. TISAX and the TISAX results are not intended for the general public.
The confidentiality, availability and integrity of information are of great importance to FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH. We have taken comprehensive measures for protecting sensitive and confidential information. In doing so, we focus on the questionnaire concerning information security of the Automotive Industry Association (VDA ISA). The assessment was executed by an audit provider, i.e. in this case by TISAX audit provider TÜV Süd. The result can exclusively be called via the ENX portal:

SAP certifications of the FIS products
FIS/xee
SAP has certified the “NextGeneration” product line from FIS and confirmed its successful integration into SAP S/4HANA. The FIS/xee product thus meets all SAP product standards.
FIS/TradeFlex
FIS/TradeFlex has been recertified by the SAP Integration and Certification Center. With this, SAP confirms the solution’s technical conformity and functionality in conjunction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and its operation on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
FIS/edc and FIS/mpm
The FIS/mpm Next Generation and FIS/edc Next Generation solutions have been successfully recertified by SAP for S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition 2023. The products comply with official SAP standards.

Experton Group: SAP HANA service provider
In 2017, the Experton Group honors the FIS competencies in the areas of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA. In the SAP HANA Vendor Benchmark, FIS is listed as the leader of SMEs in the following four categories: “Multi-Service Provider”, “SAP HANA SME Service Provider”, “S/4HANA Service Provider” and “SAP HANA Process Service Provider”. Odette certification for OFTP2
The OFTP2 certification for FIS/xee officially qualifies FIS as an expert for the latest data transmission standards. OFTP2, based on TCP/IP, is supported by the FIS/xee process integration solution. The certification means even more security for customers. This means that all prerequisites are officially met to enable a smooth data exchange (EDI) in the automotive sector.
