1. Create and centrally controll object

As soon as a new building project is initiated, you centrally create it as an object in the FIS/ObjectManager. All relevant information, such as addresses, dates or documents, are bundled there and available to all departments at any time.

In combination with SAP Sales Cloud, you additionally link sales activities directly with the object. This way, you control your project business effectively – whether you’re in the office or on the go.

2. Integrate service specifications directly into the system

When service specifications are received, they are no longer processed separately but directly linked to the object number.

Result: consistent process without media changes. From initial contact to cost estimation, all data remains consistent and centralized within the system.

3. Automatically fill service specifications items

Now, FIS/GAEB Cloud shows its strength: AI automatically assigns article master data to the service specifications items. Important: Humans retain control. The assignments can be changed, deleted or confirmed. A helpful top 10 alternative hit list and suggestions for private brands provide additional support.
