Delivering a good performance in a time-limited IT project is one thing. It is another challenge to constantly deliver a good customer support performance over several years. FIS is able to master this challenge as is reflected by the most recent customer satisfaction survey among 17 SAP user companies that concluded an SAP software maintenance contract with FIS. FIS, a SAP partner with “Gold” status, received excellent ratings in all surveyed categories.
Being a VAR partner of SAP with “Gold” status, FIS is the ideal partner for the strategic conception and implementation of the systems at the customers site, during go-live and continued technical support. More than 70 SAP specialists alone work in the SAP-certified FIS Support Center (PCoE).
In a recent survey, 95 % of the interviewed business customers assessed the accessibility of the FIS Support as “very good” and “good”. The FIS Support Center equally convinced its customers with criteria such as response time, processing time of the message, quality of message processing as well as information and documentation. Particularly emphasized was the friendliness of the Support employees, which was entirely rated as “very good” and “good”.
The positive overall rating was rounded off by the high recommendation rate for the Support Center of nearly 90 % of the user companies interviewed.
