In the impressive atmosphere of MOTORWORLD Region Stuttgart, the HR processes of tomorrow were viewed from different angles. Moreover, the HR professionals explained what can be done today to make HR work with SAP HCM efficient, structured and audit-compliant. The agenda was full of exciting keynotes by SAP and PwC, a field report of HeidelbergCement AG as well as speeches given by both hosts.
The HR day also offered the participants the opportunity of exchanging information personally and getting to know each other. “The discussions confirmed to what extent HR departments are in a process of change. FIS and Centric provide transformation assistance by offering solutions for optimizing or completely renewing familiar processes,” explains Martin Bugner (Senior Solution Architect at FIS).
The highly informative event was closed by a guided tour through the imposing MOTORWORLD location, which used to be a regional airport and today presents the technical development of motorization from classic cars to super sports cars.
The participants of FIS and Centric all agree: the premiere of the shared HR day was more than successful and proves that Centric and FIS complement each other perfectly. We are looking forward to a repetition.
