FIS once again confirmed as an expert in WMS and TMS system validation by the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) 

System validation by Fraunhofer IML is regarded as an independent mark of quality in the logistics industry, particularly in the context of SAP EWM and SAP TM. The validations confirm that FIS reliably delivers the promised functionality in practice while meeting its own high quality standards. Regular assessments ensure that users can rely on the systems being up to date and delivering a high level of performance. 

FIS has held the validation for SAP EWM since 2016, underlining its many years of expertise in implementing EWM projects. SAP Transportation Management has also been validated by Fraunhofer IML since 2025. The successful revalidation of both systems in 2026 confirms FIS’s comprehensive expertise in end-to-end warehouse and transportation processes. In addition, FIS logistics specialists develop solutions on SAP BTP that extend the SAP standard while enhancing functionality and the user experience.
