FIS welcomed nine new trainees at its headquarters in Grafenrheinfeld

At the beginning of September, nine new trainees started their vocational training at FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH (FIS): eight trainees (m/f/d) as IT specialists for application development and one female trainee as office management assistant. This year's particularity: right from the beginning, all trainees start at the new FIS Academy, the newly built vocational training center of FIS. It is a pleasure for FIS that state-of-the-art work centers, co-working rooms and creative spaces are being used by the new trainees.

During the first few days, getting to know the team of instructors as well as different training courses and instructions were on the program. The young professionals playfully became acquainted with FIS, the premises and, above all, many new colleagues.

Before the new starters will have their first vocational school days in the middle of September, all trainees, students and FIS training supervisors meet at a training camp. The aim of these “ice-breaker” days is the networking between all different training classes and the closer acquaintance with the instructors. Roughly 50 participants can look forward to an event full of variety, fun and information.

FIS is one of the leading SAP value-added resellers in the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region focusing on SAP projects and the development of efficient solutions promoting digitization within companies. With more than 30 years of experience and over 800 employees, the largest IT employer of Main-Franconia has established itself in the IT industry and achieved impressive successes.
