In March 2024, after intensive preparation and numerous customer appointments to prove the fulfillment of all SAP requirements, FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH obtained the official notification that the PCcoE audit had been passed and the certification renewed until April 30, 2026.
A PCoE is a certified support center of a PartnerEdge Sell partner formerly Value-Added Reseller (VAR), offering this support to its end customers. FIS has already been PCoE certified since 2011.
It fulfils the standards defined by SAP with regard to the certification of the individual support consultants, the technical infrastructure required for SAP software support provision and the business processes and services guaranteeing high-quality support. All SAP PartnerEdge Sell partners have to undergo regular PCoE audits to prove that they meet the changing and increasing SAP requirements concerning the support for On-Premise solutions.
The certificate includes the following SAP On-Premise products: SAP Business All-in-One, SAP Analytics, SAP HANA and SAP Database, for which FIS is allowed to provide certified SAP support.

The consistent implementation of the high SAP requirements in case of critical quality indicators in the field of know-how, processes and infrastructure as well as the strict compliance with SAP provisions when creating SAP messages relative to customer systems will be mainly responsible for further successful recertifications in the future as well.
