FIS/PackingCenter maps the packaging process directly where warehouse logistics takes place. Employees don’t have to switch between different systems or report data back to prepare shipments for dispatch. This reduces media breaks and ensures a seamless process from packing to dispatch.

If a shipment changes shortly before dispatch, missing or additional items can be added more easily. Packaging and shipping processes already in progress don’t need to be reversed at great expense. The solution features a clear interface and a graphical representation of the packaging hierarchy. FIS/PackingCenter can be connected to approximately 300 shipping providers via an integrated interface, eliminating the need for companies to maintain their own interfaces. Shipping data is transferred cleanly, and processes related to labels and shipping preparation are reliably supported. This relieves the burden on your IT department and simplifies collaboration with various courier, express, and parcel services.
More transparency in the shipping process
Shipping information such as tracking numbers and status updates can be provided centrally. This allows sales and customer service staff to get faster updates on the status of a shipment. This improves traceability and strengthens communication with customers.
Scalable for small and large shipping volumes
