IPEMA® relies on FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH for the digitalization of its reporting processes.

The HR tool FIS/hrd KMV supports the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in implementing the legal requirements of the Consensus Notification Procedure. The IPEMA® Service Center (ISC) of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate has awarded a contract for a solution for the digitization of reporting channels in accordance with the Consensus Notification Procedure (KMV) as part of a public tender. The contract was awarded to FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH for its FIS/hrd KMV software solution.

The ISC at the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Finance is responsible for the maintenance and further development of the SAP HCM-based human resources management system from IPEMA®. The ISC has been working successfully with FIS for more than ten years. Tools used include the FIS/hrd SRA Schema and Rule Analyzer and the FIS/hrd CCC Copy and Comparison Tool to support quality assurance and maintenance of payroll processing.

With the introduction of FIS/hrd KMV, the ISC expands its system landscape with a solution that fully meets the legal requirements of the Consensus Notification Procedure. The Consensus Notification Procedure has been mandatory since 2025 and forms the basis for the standardized, fully digital transmission of legally required reports to the tax authorities. FIS/hrd KMV is integrated into SAP HCM and enables the automated, audit-proof transmission of reporting information, including digital feedback.

“For many years, we have relied on FIS’s HR expertise. FIS/hrd solutions complement the SAP standard precisely where we need greater efficiency and security. Therefore, we are delighted to now be able to digitize and future-proof another part of our reporting processes with FIS/hrd KMV,” explains Rebecca Schmidt, IPEMA® Service Center at the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Finance.

“We are very pleased about the trust placed in us by the ISC and the continuation of our collaboration. Our long-standing partnership is characterized by mutual understanding and good cooperation – something we would like to build on in the future,” said Dirk Schneider, Managing Director, FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH.
