With this certification, SAP confirms that the cloud-based solution complies with the technical requirements for integration scenarios within advanced SAP system landscapes. For the first time, the solution based on a clean core was implemented as a cloud variant on BTP and certified by SAP S/4HANA in combination with the public cloud version.
Even if the solution was certified in the context of SAP Cloud ERP, FIS/edc Cloud can basically also be used with other operating models of SAP S/4HANA as of Release 2023, e.g. in private cloud or on-premises scenarios.
