Top Rating for the Customer Expert Service – Customer Satisfaction Survey at FIS

Grafenrheinfeld, December 22, 2022. Gaining customers is hard enough - retaining them is even harder. This year again, the FIS Customer Expert Service team managed to completely satisfy its customers and score points with excellent service. This is confirmed by the top ratings achieved in the biannual customer satisfaction survey.

The Customer Expert Service (CES) professionals provide FIS customers with an all-round service: The team portfolio does not only include holistic consulting and Customizing implementation, but also individual system adjustments and the associated technical support. In biannual cycles, FIS asks its customers at ticket level to award stars for the processed tickets to make sure that the services provided completely satisfy the customers.

In cumulated terms, the 2022 results are again excellent: 939 tickets out of 996 rated tickets were awarded the top rating of 4 stars, which corresponds to 94 % of extremely satisfied customers. The aim was to achieve a rating of 3 to 4 stars in 80 % of the cases. This aim was clearly exceeded by a 3 or 4 stars rating in 98 % of the cases.

For 2023 as well, it is the dedicated aim of the CES team to provide the FIS customers with a convincing all-round service and to get a likewise positive feedback as in 2022.
