SAP Sales Cloud is available in two different versions. Most functions of the new version, SAP Sales Cloud V2, are identical to those of the previous version. However, the new version is easier to extend and faster than the previous one. A further advantage of version 2 are the AI functionalities that provide support for sales activities through functions such as Guided Selling.
