6th FIS Forum Focuses on SAP-Based Incoming Invoice Processing

E-invoices in the era of digital transformation – practical examples and networking at AUDI Neckarsulm on May 10, 2017.

Incoming invoice processing is an essential module used by internationally operating companies for their digitization strategy. FIS GmbH will inform on this subject on the occasion of the 6th FIS Forum taking place at AUDI Neckarsulm on May 10, 2017 under the motto: "High performance at first hand! Benefit from the digitization in finance and accounting and become a value added business partner." This year as well, the day’s program includes an adventure tour taking the visitors through the final assembly department of the A4 and A5 convertible.

As an experts forum for SAP process optimization and interactive information platform, the FIS Forum provides project know-how and strategic perspectives on the subject of "digital incoming invoice processing" as well as the opportunity to share experiences. In Neckarsulm, keynote speaker Arnd D. Kaiser, Europe’s no. 1 coach and LEAN management expert, will inform on LEAN management in the era of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.

Reference customer presentations on digitization and incoming invoice processing will be held by AUDI and Spar Austria. The automotive group will explain its approach towards this subject within the framework of the international financial strategy and SPAR Österreichische Warenhandels AG will present its idea of digital transformation in accounting. The technical basis for both is FIS/edc, the solution for document-based workflow management that can be combined with further FIS products for EDI communication, SAP master data management etc. Stefan Groß from the law firm of Peters, Schöneberger & Partner will perform a "360-degree analysis" of e-invoices from a compliance view.
