FIS’ conclusion from its participation in this year’s CeBIT: digitization and automation are playing an increasingly important role in the ERP systems area. Represented at the SAP partner stand this year again, the trade show team focused on the presentation of retailing solutions based on SAP S/4HANA, warehouse logistics with SAP EWM and omnichannel commerce with SAP Hybris solutions.
At CeBIT, FIS conducted numerous discussions with managing directors and user department managers from purchasing, sales, finance and accounting, warehouse logistics and MRP. Particular interest in topics such as SAP S/4HANA, digitization, Internet of Things and SAP Customer Experience became apparent.
According to the CeBIT “d!conomy” motto, this year’s FIS GmbH trade show appearance focused on digital transformation. The market-leading FIS/wws industrial solution for wholesale in Germany, Austria and Switzerland was presented. In the intralogistics area, FIS demonstrated the supply chain integration and ERP connection of non-SAP systems. In the fields of e-commerce & omnichannel, FIS described at the SAP partner stand how companies can redefine proximity to the customer and consistent customer experience with solutions of the SAP Hybris toolset.
